My daughters know me very well. They know I like the color red, and they know I just love teapots. So recently they came across this gem, and bought it for me. My day couldn't start out any more cheerful than after pouring a cup of tea from this beautiful teapot.

It is gorgeous. My mother loved red and decorated her kitchen in red. She had cabinets that were not in the best of shape so she painted the doors red and put white knobs on to match the cabinets which were left white to contrast nicely with the red doors.

I love teapots...of all kinds. Didn't you say you had the Brambly Hedge teapot too? I wish I was there to have tea with you in your pretty new pot. I have to watch myself or I would start a collection of teapots...but I don't need any more, so will just admire yours.
