This time of year it is hard to beat a warm pumpkin muffin for breakfast. The other day I came upon this recipe; and I have to admit - it is absolutely amazing! I made them this morning, and it was all I could do to resist reaching for a second one.

Those sure look tasty!! Did you use cinnamon bits or cinnamon chips? I'll definitely be baking these for the Denver clan in the near future!
Hi Megan -- I used cinnamon chips. I buy them from King Arthur, and just have a couple of packages in my freezer.

This recipe does look nice! I wouldn't be able to stop at one either. I don't think I've ever seen that sugar.
